Hello.
I am Annie.
I turn unclear problems into products that work.
How I think
I focus on figuring out what actually needs to be solved before jumping into solutions. In complex systems, it is easy to build quickly but miss the real problem.
I start by understanding where things break down for users, the business, or across systems, and defining the problem in a way that makes it clear what actually matters.
From there, I think in terms of hypotheses. What do we believe will improve this, and why? That keeps the focus on outcomes instead of just output.
I use both data and real-world context to guide decisions. Especially in healthcare, you have to understand behavior and workflows, not just metrics.
I take ownership end-to-end, from defining the problem to driving decisions and making sure what gets built actually works in practice.
Experience
I’m a Product Manager focused on problem definition, product strategy, and end-to-end ownership in complex systems.
I work across complex, real world systems, turning unclear problems into products that deliver real outcomes.

Building a Scalable Research Platform
Research teams lacked a consistent way to collect and access patient data, leading to duplicated work and slow onboarding.
I defined the problem as a lack of reusable infrastructure and led the development of a mobile and web platform that enabled patients to submit wearable and voice data. I drove this by defining product requirements, aligning research and engineering teams, and leading delivery across iOS, Android, and backend systems.
Impact:
- Onboarding reduced to 24 hours
- Adopted by 8 cardiovascular research teams
- Delivered in 4 months

Reducing Clinical Workload and Redesigning Preventive Care Delivery
Clinicians were spending significant time reviewing patient cases during visits, limiting time for meaningful conversations with patients.
I reframed the problem as both reducing cognitive and operational load and enabling a more effective care model. I drove the development of a hybrid preventive care approach that shifted routine assessment work outside of the visit, allowing clinicians to focus on patient outcomes and conversations during in-person care.
I partnered with clinical and engineering teams to define decision pathways and build assessment workflows aligned with clinical guidelines.
Impact:
- 90% reduction in administrative work
- Review time reduced from ~30 minutes to 1–2 minutes
- Created a more meaningful clinician patient experience during visits with coaching insights and reviewing their labs and screenings
Companies I have worked with
I have been fortunate to work for some of these amazing companies and organizations in my career. It’s been an honor to step into these spaces and help drive valuable change.
